If I had to guess, I'd say they probably work -because- they're level capped, and a lot harder to source in significant numbers then balloons/candy, who can say though. If the quest isn't active, they won't drop. lab is pretty easy to progress once you have your buba online. you can never use candy in the last world. Then there is back farming where things change drastically. This god allows you to have your chars in lab and count for divinity also. Endgame lab is Doot with all connections, but in all seriousness I would prefer the 6 set up to have more “active” characters farming rare drops, money, obols, skilling, leveling, anything other than lab. Just get all vials asap and then upgrade the ones you feel like you can afford to upgrade and if you can't then leave them for next time.
